Michelle has practiced Pilates for the past twenty years and became a Certified Pilates Instructor after developing a sincere passion for the practice. She studied under the notable and highly respected instructor, Linda Farrell, who trained at the Pilates Studio in NYC under Joseph Pilates' Protégé Romana Kryzanowska. Michelle continued her education at re: AB with renowned Instructor and New York Times Best Selling Author Brooke Siler and Master Teacher Cary Regan, both of whom have studied extensively under Romana Kryzanowska.

Michelle 

Jade is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness, somatic movement, and mindset mastery. With a background steeped in musical theatre, Jade brings a touch of creativity and grace to her Pilates practice. This artistic foundation infuses her Pilates classes with a unique blend of poise, expression, and attention to detail. She holds a 600-hour certification in Classical Pilates, ensuring that her teachings stay true to the method's roots, just as she remains true to her artistic passions.

She's also a certified mindset coach through "Yes Supply", helping her clients cultivate the mental resilience needed to overcome life's challenges. Through mindful practices and positive affirmations, she empowers individuals to not only transform their bodies but also elevate their minds.

Jade 

Jennie's journey from South Korea to the United States, her academic achievements in Applied Mathematics & Statistics at Stony Brook University, and her career in the Supply Chain industry for six years are impressive accomplishments. However, her true passion was ignited when she discovered Pilates and its benefits for alleviating her back pain and discomfort in her neck, shoulders, and back. Jennie experienced not only physical changes but also quick recovery through Pilates, which inspired her to pursue certification as an instructor. Now, Jennie is committed to helping others experience the positive effects of Pilates. 

She is devoted to teaching, training, and supporting her clients in achieving their health goals. Her dedication to guiding others towards a healthier lifestyle makes her a valuable and caring instructor. 

Outside of her work, Jennie values spending quality time with her family, and enjoys engaging in various physical activities like playing tennis, walking, and climbing.

Tori Soles has spent her life learning about different sorts of movement and exercise. She studied ballet and other forms of dance from the age of 5 and was a certified “bunhead” all through grade school and college. She has a B.S. in Arts Administration and Dance from Butler University as well as an MBA in Management from Georgia State University. Tori spent 12 years working in arts management at Georgia Tech’s Ferst Center for the Arts, Atlanta Ballet, and Studio Lotus before deciding to leave work full time and spend more time at home with her husband and two boys. She now works as co-owner of ITM Landscape with her husband, which allows her the flexibility to balance home, family, and work, while still being able to pursue her hobby and passion for movement and exercise. Tori was introduced to Pilates in college and came back to it as an adult for exercise. She holds a 600-hour comprehensive Pilates certification through Classical Pilates Education, Beginner and Intermediate Mat Certifications through Power Pilates, as well as Group Fitness Certification through AFAA. Tori has taught Pilates and other group fitness classes since 2014. Tori is excited to bring the many health and fitness benefits of Pilates to clients. She believes that teaching through compassion achieves the best results!
